  <p>Information: Freda Dixon, 66, of Evans, died Monday in Charleston Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  She was born June 28, 1915, at Cottageville, daughter of the late Isaac and Delva Hughes Barr.  She was a member of the Evans United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  husband, Blonda; daughter, Mrs. Blondena Stone of Ripley; sons, Ronald of Evans and Verlin of Parma Heights, Ohio; brothers, Addo Barr of Mt. Alto and Russell Barr of Leon; sister, Miss Margaret Barr of Leon, Mrs. Daisy Donohew of Evans; six grandchildren.  Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating. Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.</p>
