  <p>Information: EVANS -  Eva McIntyre Milam Dixon, 91, of Evans, W. Va. formerly of Charleston, departed this life Aug. 12, 2001, at Eldercare of Ripley following an extended illness.  She was born Feb. 11, 1910 in Angerona, W. Va., a daughter of the late Henry ""Heck"" and Blanche Meredith McIntyre.  She was a self-employed seamstress, a past president of the West Side Women&#39;s Club, Charleston, a member of the Rebekah Lodge and a 50-year member of the Tiskelwah Chapter No. 45, Order of Eastern Star, Charleston, and she was a Protestant. Survivors include: stepsons, Verlin (Karen) Dixon of Columbia Station, Ohio and Ronnie (Betty) Dixon of Evans; stepdaughter, Blondina (Carl) Van Sickle of Cottageville; brothers, Henry Ralph McIntyre of Sissonville and Bernard McIntyre of Canton, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; three step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Herbert Milam and Blonda Dixon; brothers, Charles ""Bid"", Donald, Raymond, Robert, John and Harold; an infant sister.  Service will be Sunday, Aug. 5, 2001 at 2 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, W.Va., with the Rev. Benjamin Riggleman officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, followed by an Eastern Star service at 8 p.m.</p>
