  <p>Information: Blonda Gay Dixon, 76, of Evans and Charleston, died April 22 in the Charleston Area Medical Center, General Division, following a short illness.  He was born in Evans, a son of the late John and Minerva Sayre Dixon.  He was a mechanic, a former mail carrier and a member of the AF & AM Lodge No. 16, Ripley.  Surviving:  wife, Eva McIntyre Dixon; daughter, Blondena VanSickle of Evans; sons, Verlin of Parma Heights, Ohio, Ronald of Evans, Blonda of Circleville, Ohio; sisters, Gladys Yates of Ripley, Ruth Bennett of Portland, Ohio, Mary Ruble and Freda Mitter, both of Parkersburg; brother, Boyd of Coraopolis, Pa., and five grandchildren.  Services were April 24 in the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Otterbein Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.</p>
