  <p>Information: Mrs. Jessie Young Dillon, 76, of Sandyville, formerly of Mammoth, died Feb. 14, 1990 in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  Surviving:  husband, Ross A. Dillon; sons, C. L. Young of Spartanburg, S.C., Keith Allen of Los Angeles; stepson, Ross Jr. of Williamstown; brother, Phillip Young of Pineyview; sisters, Ruth Randolph of Westwego, La., Gestell Huffman of Charleston, Patricia Casto of Hometown, Ethel Hurley and Delsie Peal, both of Cross Lanes; nine grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; several great-grandchildren.  Service was Friday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.</p>
