  <p>Information: Gustava Faber Ashby, 77, of Pocatalico died Jan. 8, 2000 in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and attended Sugar Creek Missionary Baptist Church.  Surviving: daughters, Shelia Edens of Goldtown, Kay Rogers of St. Albans: sons, Richard and Carroll, both of Liberty, Averall of Romance, David of Gay, Ronnie and Timmy, both of Sissonville; sisters; Youdoris Faber of Charleston, Roselie Miller of Liverpool; brother, Jessie Faber of Ripley; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with the Rev. Bill Casto officiating.  Burial will be in Shamblin Cemetery.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
