  <p>Information: Averal David DeWees, 54, of Kenna died Wednesday in CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Dewey and Eva DeWees.  He was retired, following 20 years of service, at Union Carbide, Charleston.   He was an administrator with the Department of Commerce.  He was a graduate of the West Virginia State College and a member of the Ripley IOOF Lodge.  He was also a former member of the Jackson County Board of Education.  He is survived by his wife Louise DeWees; four sons, David DeWees, Joe DeWees, and John DeWees all of Kenna; and Steve DeWees of Bomont; two daughters, Mary DeWees  of Kenna and Martha Griffee of Jacksonville, Ark.; one sister, Linda Rhodes of Mannington; and nine grandchildren.      	 </p>
