Information: Madeline Haught Depue, of Parkersburg, died Sunday in Camden Clark Hospital, Parkersburg, following a brief illness. She was the sister of Peggy Waldeck of Ravenswood. She was born in Wadestown, the daughter of the late Harry F. and Dicy Craft Haught. She was a retired school teacher in Roane County, where she had taught for 20 years. She was a Methodist. She is also survived by one daughter, Marlene Adams of Parkersburg; one son, Mark DePue of Tannersville, Pennsylvania; three sisters, Mary Morrison of Ravenna, Ohio, Wilma Marshall of Parkersburg and Bessie Carpenter of Mantua, Ohio; one brother, Clyde Haught of Spencer; seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jarrett Mark DePue in 1966. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Larry Haught officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Memorial Cemetery.
