Information: Cecil G. ""Smokey"" DeLong, 64, of Lubeck, died Aug. 14.  He was born in Murraysville, a son of the late George and Lena Burdette DeLong.  He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Jackson County, retired from the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union Local No. 168 in Marietta, was a member of Mount Olivet Masonic Lodge No. 3 and Scottish Rite Bodies of Parkersburg and Wheeling.  Surviving are his wife, Ernestine Smith DeLong; one son, George DeLong of Lubeck; one daughter, Janie Wharton of Parkersburg; one grandson, Christopher DeLong of Lubeck; one sister, Betty Pickens of Cleveland, Ohio; five brothers, Cyril DeLong and Charles DeLong, both of Chesapeake, Va., Paul DeLong, with the U. S. Air Force in the Phillippines,and Alan Harmon of Sherman, W. Va.  Services were Friday at Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Roger Tinnel officiating.  Burial and Masonic rites were at the Ravenswood Cemetery.
