  <p>Information: Marshall Delaney, 75, of Parkersburg, formerly of Ravenswood, died last Thursday in St. Josephs Hospital in Parkersburg, following a long illness.  Funeral services were held Monday at Chambers Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  The Rev. Donald Underwood and the Rev. Ralph Hendrick officiated at the service and burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Born in Jackson County, he was a son of the late Johnathon and Olivia Staats Delaney and was a member of the Parkview United Methodist Church.  He was a retired chief engineer of Ohio River Lock No. 22, United States Government.  Survivors include his wife, Belle Martin Delaney; two daughters, Addie Kimball of Vincent, Ohio and Olivia Brugh of Zanesvile, Ohio; one son, Marshall Jr. of Parkersburg and six grandsons.      	 </p>
