  <p>Information: Ora Sayre Shamblin Deglar, 72, died Monday at Care Inn after a long illness.  She was born June 17, 1909, in Ripley, daughter of the late Okey J. and Magdena Freeman Sayre.  She was a Methodist by faith.  Surviving:  husband, Karl S. Deglar of Ravenswood; son, Raymond Shamblin of Cottageville; daughters, Mrs. Louise Coffman of Sandyville, Mrs. Marvetta Coffman of Parkersburg; brother, Wesley ""Bud"" Sayre of Ripley; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m., at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating.  Burial will be in Boone Memorial Park, Madison.  Friends may call after 3 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.</p>
