  <p>Information: Jeffery ""Scott"" Deem, 43, of Sandyville, died Monday, July 8, 2002, at Charleston Area Medical Center, General Division.  He was born in Marietta OH, a son of Ab Deem and Fay Hogsett Deem.  He is survived by his wife, Sharon Deem; one daughter, Autumn Rae Deem; one son, Jeremiah Deem, all of Sandyville; one sister, Kathy DeWeese of Vienna; two brothers, Rodney and Steve Deem, both of Parkersburg; and a large loving family and family of friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde and Faye Deem and Paul Hogsett.  Funeral services were held Friday at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg, with Jim Deem officiating.  Interment at Riverview Cemetery.  Donations may be made to the charity of choice in his memory.</p>
