  <p>Information: Grace Kent Dawson of Sandyville, died at St. Joseph Hospital in Parkersburg, after a lengthy illness.  She was born February 8, 1919, at Windy Ridge in Wirt County, a daughter of the late Ebon and Eula (Archer) Sheppard.  She was employed 17 years at Viscose in Parkersburg and was a member of Mud Run Church of Christ of Sandyville,  She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Garrett of Sandyville; one stepdaughter, Alyce Tanski of Alemont, Colorado;  three grandchildren, Bart Garrett, Brad Garrett and Laura Garrett of Sandyville; one step-granddaughter,Tammie Lackey of Colorado and one great-granddaughter, Katie.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack D. Kent in 1954, and her second husband, Norviel (Dutch) Dawson; one brother, Wayne Sheppard; and two infant sons.  Burial was in Odaville Cemetery.</p>
