  <p>Information: Cecil Edward Dawson, Sr., 70, of Charleston, died Thursday in Memorial Division CAMC, after a long illness.  He was a retired employee of Union Carbide, with 34 years of service and was a Baptist.  He was a veteran of WWII and was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County.  Surviving: wife, Ocie M. Dawson; sons, Jack and James of Sissonville, Cecil E. Jr. and Audrey of Cross Lanes; sisters, Mrs. Lou Zimmerman of Delaware, Mrs. Edith Clarke of St. Albans; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  Service was Saturday in Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles F. Scragg officiating.  Burial was in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.      	 </p>
