Information: Edwin B. (Eddie) Dawkins, 73, of 1321 Lakeview Drive, died Sunday in St. Joseph Hospital.  He was born in Sandyville, the son of the late D. B. Dawkins and Lizzie Bayer Dawkins.  He was a construction worker.  Survivors include his wife, Ida Robinson Dawkins; one sister, Mrs. Nina Baker of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; five brothers, Delbert, Philip D., William R., Joe M. and C. Max Dawkins all of Parkersburg.  He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.  Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Shaver and Son Funeral Home with burial in the Arlington Memorial Garden.  Friends may call at funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
