  <p>Information: Noah Davis, 81, a retired South Penn Oil Company employee, of West Union, died in a Clarksburg Hospital on Thursday, after a long illness.  He was born in Doddridge County, April 29, 1892, son of the late Andrew and Millie Dotson Davis.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church.  He is survived by his second wife, Mary Louise Martin Davis; three sons, Paul B. Davis of West Union, Blaine E. Davis of Vienna and Eugene L. Davis of Route 2, Ravenswood; one sister, Mrs. Clara Davis of Mannington; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Roxie Bland Davis.  Funeral services were held Sunday at the Casto-Spurgeon Funeral Home in West Union, with the Rev. Perry Stewart officiating.  Burial was in the Salem IOOF Cemetery.      	 </p>
