  <p>Information: Jasper M. Davis, 88, of Charleston, died May 5, 1988, in St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, after a long illness.  He was retired from the City of Charleston with 30 years of service.  Surviving:  wife, Annabelle Parsons Davis; son, Charles Hank of Charleston; stepsons, Basil Fields and Lester Fields of Albany, Ohio, Virgil Parsons of Ripley; daughter, Mrs. Oma Casto of Charleston; stepdaughters, Mrs. Shirley Brogan of Charleston, Mrs. Charlotte Lane of Albany; brothers, Mack of Kenna, Ben of Advent; sisters, Mrs. Nancy Long and Mrs. Matilda Casto, both of Ripley; four grandchildren; 20 step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.  Service was Saturday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, with the Rev. C. C. Wolfe officiating.  Burial was in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.</p>
