  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE - Belinda Faye Davis, 28, of Cottageville, WV, departed this life, June 30, 1997, at her home following an extended illness.  She was born July 15, 1968, in Atlanta, GA, a daughter of Raymond O&#39;Dell Davis of Dalton, GA and Janet Kerwood Taylor of Cottageville WV.  She was a certified medical lab technician and had been employed at Fairmont General Hospital, Fairmont WV and Jackson General Hospital, Ripley WV.  She attended the First Presbyterian Church in Ripley.  Other survivors include brothers, Rick Davis of Cottageville and Patrick Davis of Dalton GA; sister, Celeste Davis of Dalton GA; stepsister, Jeanette Taylor of St. Albans; paternal grandmother, Delrea Hill Davis of Dalton GA; maternal grandmother, Mildred Lloyd Kerwood of Cottageville.  Service will be Thursday, July 3, 1997 at 2 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans WV with the Rev. William McMorran officiating.  Burial will be in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville WV.  Visitation is from 6 to 8, Wednesday, at the funeral home.</p>
