  <p>Information:      Mrs. Amanda Davis, 78 of Plains City, O., formerly of Parkersburg, died Sunday in Doctors Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.  Born in Lockhart, Jackson County, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. M Cheuvront, she was a member of Seventh Street United Methodist Church and Parkersburg  Auxiliary of Woodmen of the World.  Survivors include one son, the Rev. M. Eugene Davis of Burlington, Massachusetts; two daughters Mrs. Thelma Terrell of Plains City, O and Mrs. Doris May of Columbus; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Emery Davis.  Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on  Thursday, at Seventh Street United Methodist Church with the Rev. Norman Butler officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.  Friends may call at Leavitt Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.</p>
