  <p>Information: Patsy Ann Daley, 47, of South Point, NC, formerly of Parkersburg, died Monday morning at her home.  She was the sister of Walter C. Balser of Ravenswood.  Mrs. Daley was born in Parkersburg, a daughter of Marshall C. Balser of Parkersburg and the late Stella Pfalzgraph Balser.  She was a member of the St. Peters Lutheran Church in South Point, NC and was a former employee of the Carolina Power and Light Company of Bruswick, NC.  Also surviving husband, Rodney Daley,  her stepmother, Edna Balser of Parkersburg; two stepsons, Rodney Daley of Jacksonville, Florida and Daniel of Parkersburg; stepdaughter, Mrs. Cindy Damiano of Pennsylvania; seven step-grandchildren and a half sister, Mary Eloise Townsend of Parkersburg.  She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.  Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the Kimes Funeral Home in Parkersburg, with the Rev. Daniel Kunselman officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.      	 </p>
