Information: Forest D. Dailey of Cave Creek, Ariz., a native of Jackson County, died in Scotsdale, Ariz.  He was born and raised in Jackson County, and lived in Vienna at one time.  He is survived by his widow, Bessie Dailey; four daughters, Jo Ann Cain of Parkersburg, Myrtle Cosner and Betsy DeLancy of Vienna and Irene Williams of Macon, Ga.; four sons, Forest Jr. of Carefree, Ariz., Gary of Cave Creek, Darrell and Paul of Mt. Pleasant, Tex.; a brother, Methane Dailey of Indiana; and 19 grandchildren.  Funeral arrangements were made in Phoenix, Ariz.
