  <p>Information: Stuart P. Armstrong, 85, of Charleston, died Friday, March 26, 1993, at home after a long illness.  He was a native of Ripley and served in the county school system as a teacher and principal of Ripley High School.  He was the son of the late Harry and Vilette Armstrong of Ripley.  He was a retired journalism and English teacher at Stonewall Jackson High School with 30 years&#39; service.  He was a member of St. Lukes Episcopal Church, where he served as choir director and organist.  Surviving: one niece and one nephew.  A memorial service was Monday at St. Lukes Episcopal Church with the Rev. David Green officiating.  The family suggests donations to St. Lukes Episcopal Church or Sturart Armstrong Scholarship Fund, 819 Somerset Drive, Charleston 25302.  Wilson Funeral Home, Charleston, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
