  <p>Information: Wayne Paul Custer, 46, of Lancaster, Ohio, formerly of Jackson County, died Jan. 2, 1994 at his residence after a brief illness.  He was born in Ripley, a son of Paul Custer of Westerville, Ohio and Macie Stover Deweese of Evans.  He was a firefighter for the City of Columbus, and was a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of Vietnam.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Logan, Ohio.  Surviving are one son, Gabriel Custer of Lancaster, Ohio; two daughters, Maria Custer and Christina Custer, both of Worthington, Ohio; and one sister, Conni Grimstad of Aurora, Colo.  Services 11 a.m. today (Wed.), Casto Funeral Home, Evans,the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating. Burial Longview Cemetery.</p>
