Information: Funeral services were conducted at the Porterfield Baptist Church, with the Rev. John Nesselroad and the Rev. William A. Lykins officiating for Wilbur Curry, of Belpre, who died in St. Joseph's Hospital.  Born July 24, 1905, in Jackson County he was the son of Mrs. Nellie Beamer Curry and the late John H. Curry.   He was a member of the Windy EUB Church and the Operating Engineers Union 18.  He was employed by the Honkie and Contin Construction Co.  Survivors include his widow, three sons, Wilbur L. Curry and Larry Curry, both at home, William C. Curry of Beverly, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Lucretia Jo Street of Dayton, Ohio, Mrs. Marilyn Ryan of Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Sharon Michaels of Belpre, and Gerilynn Curry, at home; five brothers, William Curry and John Curry, both of Sandyville, Homer Curry of Akron, Ohio, Charles Curry of Pomeroy, Ohio, and Cecil Curry of Charleston; six sisters, Mrs. Thelma Sayers and Mrs. Opal Curry, both of Sandyville, Mrs. Jean Marshall of Spencer, Mrs. Lucy Miller of Ripley, Mrs. Betty Knightstep of Dunbar, and Mrs. Ruth Street of Elizabeth, and 12 granchildren.  Graveside services were held at the Ellison Cemetery in Reedy.
