Information: Charles Beymer Curry, 77, of Racine, Ohio, died February 2, at Veterans Memorial Hospital Pomeroy, Ohio after an extended illness.  He was born at Sandyville, a son of the late John Henry Curry and Nellie Beymer Curry.  He was a Baptist by faith and a United States Army Veteran of World War II, having served in Europe.  He was a lifetime member of both The American Legion Post 602, Racine, Ohio, and the V.F.W. Post 9926, Mason.  He was a retired carpenter.  He is survived by his wife, Rose McCoy Curry, two daughters, Patty Sigmon of Charleston, and Ruby Davis of Hemlock Road, Ohio; two stepsons, Donald and Robert McCoy both of Freemont, Ohio one step-daughter, Nola Stump of Portsmouth, Ohio; one brother, John J. Curry of Ravenswood; three sisters, Jean Marshall of Spencer, Ruth Street of St. Marys, and Betty Knightstep of Dunbar; 15 grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one son, one grandson, four brothers and three sisters.  Burial was in the Letart Falls Cemetery, Letart Falls, Ohio
