  <p>Information: Wesley Bernard Cunningham, 85, of Charleston, died April 28, 1994, at the home of his brother, I. V. Cunningham, of Charleston after a long illness.  He was a retired contractor and a member of United Brethren Church, Evans.  He was an Army veteran of World War II and a lifelong resident of Jackson and Kanawha counties.  Also surviving:  son, Richard E. of Lewisburg; sisters, Kathleen Mann of Melbourne, Fla.. Charldean Hutchinson of Ripley; brother, Kelly of Dunbar; several nieces and nephews.  Services were held Saturday at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home with the Rev. W. Ford Price officiating.  Burial was in Cunningham Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.</p>
