  <p>Information: Paul Cunningham, Jr., 45, of Ripley, died Friday in Kanawha Valley Hospital after a short illness.  He was a member of the Sidneyville United Methodist Church and a 15-year employe of the Fred Sayre Motor Company.  Surviving:  wife, Jo Ann; sons, Reggie Lee, Ronnie Dee and Rodney Jay, all at home; daughter, Mrs. Sharon Ann Mann of Ripley; brothers, French and Forney, both of Ripley, Luther of Charleston and Ruddy of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; sister, Mrs. Ida Mae Rancourt of Winterport, Maine; mother, Mrs. Phoebe Cunningham of Ripley.  Service was held Monday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker and the Rev. William Eaton officiating.  Burial was in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
