  <p>Information: CUNNINGHAM RITES HELD ON THURSDAY - Funeral services for Otto R. Cunningham, 69 years old, were held at Ravenswood on Thursday with Rev. James R. Henry officiating and the burial was in the Ravenswood cemetery.  The Masonic lodge had charge of the service.  Mr. Cunningham, a retired employee of the United Fuel Gas Company, died at New Martinsville on Monday.  The son of the late Edward L. and America Wheaton Cunningham, he was a member and deacon of the Ravenswood Presbyterian church; a member of the Masonic lodge, the Ashton Lodge No.1p; the Jackson Chapter, No. 48, Dowell Commandery No. 28; the past worshipful master of Lodge No. 12, and a retired employee of the United Fuel Gas Company.  He is survived by two sons, Howard Cunningham, Camp Hill, Pa., and Hubert E. Cunningham, New Martinsville; three grandsons; one sister, Mrs. Vinnie Wilgal of Parkersburg.</p>
