  <p>Information: Kelly G. Cunningham, 75, of Dunbar, died Oct. 28, 1994, at home after a short illness.  He was founder and president of Terramite Corp. and served as a chief petty officer in the Navy.  He was a former employee of Mountain Sate Construction Co., a native of Evans and a 30-year resident of Dunbar.  Surviving:  wife, Bess, sons, Bob of Dunbar, John of Hurricane; brother, I. V. of Charleston; sisters, Charldean Hutchinson of Ripley, Kathleen Mann of Florida; five grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Robert Whitehouse officiating.  Burial will be in Cunningham Cemetery, Evans.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salvation Army, 301 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston W. Va. 25302.</p>
