Information: Jennings Cunningham, a former resident of Jackson County, died in Pittsburgh where he had resided the past year and a half. He was born in West Virginia and was a retired farmer. His wife, Sadie, died in 1954 and an infant son died previously. He is survived by six sons, Ray and Walter of Athens, Ohio, Rt. 3, Charles of Charleston, LeRoy of Jamestown, Kentucky, Warren of Butler, Alabana, and Robert with the Army in Texas; six daughters, Mrs. Eunice Rhodes, Miss Toni Cunningham, and Mrs. Helen Lawrence, all of Columbus, Ohio; Mrs. Anna Dillard of Waverly, Ohio, Mrs. Bertha Harbst and Mrs. Grace Cervi, both of Pittsburgh; 44 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. Services were held at Hughes Funeral Home in Athens and burial was in Hocking Cemetery at The Plains, Ohio.
