Information: Isaiah Cunningham, son of William and Elizabeth Cunningham, was born in Hardy County, Virginia, 8 January 1833, died at Angerona, Jackson County, West Virginia, 26 July 1912, aged 79 years, 6 months and 18 days.  He was married to Miss Barbara Ong, 18 October 1867.  To this union four children were born:  one, Rudolph H., preceded him to the better land 25 December 1904.  He served in Co. G, 9th Regiment West Virginia Infantry Volumteers during the Civil War and made a record as a soldier in which his friends were proud and to which he always looked back with pleasure and pride.  (From the Betty Kessel McIntyre collection)
