  <p>Information: Charles Wink Cunningham, 72, of Evans, died Sunday at the Jackson General Hospital following an extended illness.  He was born at Evans, a son of the late Charles and Margaret Sayre Cunningham. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.  He was a retired construction superintendant for G. E. Ray and also had 30 years&#39; service with the L. S. Colemand Construction Co.  He was a member of the Cottageville Lodge No. 54, AF & AM.          Survivors include one son, Charles Von of Evans; one daughter, Mrs. Cody Lake of South Charleston; three brothers, Kelly of Dunbar, Bernard and I. V., both of Charleston; two sisters, Charldean Hutchinson of Evans and Kathleen Mann of Melbourne, FL.  Funeral services will be today at 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, wth the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Otterbein Cemetery in Evans with Masonic graveside rites.</p>
