  <p>Information: Jacob Vaught Armstrong, of Ravenswood, passed away at 3 a.m. Wednesday at Spencer.  Until his health failed a few years ago, Mr. Armstrong was prominent in church, financial and political affairs of this county.  He was the second son of Jacob L. and Elizabeth Armstrong, deceased, and was 45 years of age.  Deceased was a member of the Episcopal Church, the A.F. & A.M. Lodge, and K.& P Lodge. He is survived by his widow and three children, Lorenzo, Virginia and Vaught Armstrong, one wister and one brother, Mrs. W. W. Riley and Mr. H. C. Armstrong of this city.  The funeral services will be held at 2 o&#39;clock this afternoon from the Ravenswood Episcopal Church, Rev. Guy H. Crook officiating.  The Knights of Pythias Lodge will have charge of the service at the cemetery.  (McIntyre)</p>
