  <p>Information: Troy Cummings, 64, of Oberlin, Ohio, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, in Allen Memorial Hospital, Oberlin. He was born in Belgrove, a son of the late Grover and Laura E. Smith Cummings.  He was a retired supervisor at Harshaw Chemical Co. in Elyria, Ohio, a member of the First Methodist Church of Oberlin and was a World War II veteran.  He is survived by his wife, Pauline Kiser Cummings; two daughters, Valerie Lint of Oberlin and Brenda Callen of Stuttgart, Germany; two brothers, Coy Cummings of Statts Mill and Herman Cummings of Ravenswood; five grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Dewey.  Services were Saturday at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery.</p>
