  <p>Information: Myrtle M. Cummings, 67, of Statts Mill, died Dec. 31, 1989, at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  She was a member of Statts Mill Extension Homemakers and Siniaville United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  husband, Coy; sons, C. D. of Statts Mill, Rodney of Addison, Texas; mother, Edith Stalnaker Westfall of Harmony; brothers, Herbert Arthur Westfall of Sissonville, Glen Westfall of Wellington, Ohio; foster brothers, Kester Cobb of Florida, Clinton Persinger, address unknown; sisters, Gertha Walker of Walton, Gertrude Hopkins of Leroy, Evelyn Skeen of Wellington, Eurada Skeen of Ripley, Vaneda Hoover of Cairo; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Burial will be in Siniaville Cemetery.</p>
