  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Freda Mae Cummings, 78, of Ripley, died June 13, 1999, in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  She was a homemaker and attended Grace Gospel Church, Ripley.  Surviving:  husband, John Franklin Cummings, Sr.; sons, Frank, Jr. of Ripley, Keith of Ravenswood; daughters, Brenda Stalnaker of Ripley, Patricia Dotson of Fairplain; brothers, Lowell Skeen of Hialeah, Fla., Larry Skeen of St. Augustine, Fla., Dorman Skeen of Clendednin; sisters, Virginia Fisher and Erma Fisher, both of Sissonville, Frances Humphries of Dunbar; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Dean King officiating.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery, near Ripley.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
