  <p>Information: Elizabeth ""Anne"" Moore Cummings, 54, of Statts Mill, passed away November 5, 2014.  She was born September 8, 1960 at Charleston, the daughter of Charles and Norma Slaughter Moore.  Anne was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. She was a member of the graduating class of 1978 from Ripley High School.  Anne&#39;s profession was a legal secretary and she worked for several local lawyers.  She loved animals and traveling.  She is survived by her son, Casey Cummings; parents, Charles and Norma Moore of Ripley; brother, Steve Moore and his wife Pam of Fairplain; nephew, Michael Moore and niece Michele Moore.  Anne will be dearly missed by her friends and family.  The family is honoring her request for cremation and no services will be held at this time.  Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, is serving the family.  Condolences and memories may be shared with the family by visiting www.waybrightfuneralhome.com.</p>
