  <p>Information: Dewey Cummings, 59, of LaGrange, Ohio, died January 26 at Allen Memorial Hospital Oberlin, Ohio, after a two-month illness.  He was born in Jackson County, the son of the late Grover W. and Laura E. Smith Cummings.  He was owner and operator of the LaGrange Tavern and was formerly employed at Harshaw Chemical Company for 19 years.  He was a member of the Izaak Walton League.  Survivors; daughters, Joyce Bolden of South Amherst, Ohio, and Kathy Palmer of Mesa, Ariz.; brothers, Troy of Oberlin, Coy of Statts Mill, Herman of Ravenswood; five grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, on Dec. 12, 1985.  Burial was in River Road Cemetery, LaGrange, Ohio.</p>
