  <p>Information:      Karl Leonard Crum, 71, of Ravenswood, died Thursday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Huntington.         He was born in Cottageville on July 24, 1910, ,a son of the late James and Anna Sayre Crum.  He was a member of the DAV of Parkersburg, the American Legion of Ravenswood, Jackson County Historical Society, and a Purple Heart veteran of World War II.  He attended the Ravenswood Presbyterian Church.         Surviving are his wife, Madalene McMaster Crum; three brothers, Hoit Crum and Belmont Crum, both of Ripley, and Welch Crum of Cottageville; and several nieces and nephews.         He was proceded in death by eight brothers and a sister.         Services were Saturday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home Chapel in Ravenswood with the Rev. Dennis Crawford officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
