  <p>Information:      RIPLEY - Belmont Sayre Crum, 86, of Ripley, passed away March 8, 1999 at Eldercare of Ripley.         He was born in Cottageville, WV, the son of the late James Okey and Diana Ann Sayre Crum.  He was a member of Calvary UM Church, Ripley; member of AF & AM #54; US Army WWII, retired from Ripley Post Office and former employee of Sayre Ford and Fisher Chevrolet, Ripley.         Surviving: his wife, Vera Staats Crum; two sons, Samuel Belmont Crum and George Franklin Crum, both of Ripley; two sister-in-laws, Aline Crum of Huntington and Madeline Crum of Ravenswood; four grandchildren.         He was preceded in death by 11 brothers and one sister.         Services will be held today (Wednesday), March 10, 1999 at 1 p.m. at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Charles Hicks and Rev. Herbert Groves officiating.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
