  <p>Information: RAVENSWOOD - Hazel Grace Crites, 85, of Ravenswood, died August 24, 1996, in Ravenswood Care Center after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and personal nurse.  She attended Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Gay.  Surviving:  sons, Charles of Tiverton, RI, Joe of Coolville, OH; daughters, Betty Tatterson of Munster, IN, Helen Adams of New Middletown, OH, Iva Jane VanNest of Ravenswood, Mary Capuzza of Glenshaw, PA, Connie Danait of Long Beach, CA; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.  Services were held on Monday at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Anton B. Hager officiating.  Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery, Gay.</p>
