  <p>Information: Sadie May Cranfield, 74, of Ripley, died Sunday, Dec. 11, 1988, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  Mrs. Cranfield was born in Kanawha County, a daughter of the late Harry and Sarah Perdue Foster.  She was a member of Grace Gospel Church and the Ripley Senior Citizens.  Surviving:  sons, Carl and Frank Cranfield, both of Given, Robert Cranfield of Elizabeth, James Cranfield of Watertown, NY; daughter, Betty Shoemaker of Tidioutt, PA, Mary Moore of Beaver Falls, PA; brother, Lester Foster of Blue Creek; sisters, Annie Richards of New Mexico, Mable Taylor of Cabin Creek, Isabelle Scarbro of Gallagher, Polly O&#39;Dell of Chicago; several grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James, and a son, Harry.  Services were Tuesday at the Grace Gospel Church, Ripley, with the Rev. Jack Berry officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
