  <p>Information: Albert M. Cox of Middleport, Ohio, died suddenly Monday morning at his home.  He was born at Union City, New Jersey.  A Lutheran by faith, he was a member of the Shady River Lodge, AF & AM of Chester, Ohio.  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Permelia Casto Cox, daughter of Mrs. Minnie Casto of Ripley; one son, Albert J. Cox of Washington State; one step-son James Lawson of South Carolina; one step-daughter, Mrs. Connie Karr of Warren, Pa.; one brother, Norman Cox of New Jersey; and one sister, Mrs. Annette Degnan of Lakleland, Fla.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Casto Funeral Home at Evans.  Burial will be in the Jackson County Memory Gardens with Rev. William Perrin officiating.</p>
