  <p>Information: KENNA - Berthal L. Counts, 73, of Kenna, died Sept. 16, 1996, in General Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  She was retired from IRC Fiber Plant, Painesville, Ohio.  Surviving:  daughters, Betty L. Godbey of Advent, Bonnie Panell of Stow, Ohio; sisters, Diana Morrison of Aiken, S. C., Hariet Bays of Hamlin; brothers, Clinton Good of Ripley, Larry Good of Ashland, Ky.; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Sattis R. Parsons, Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
