  <p>Information: Roscoe L. Cottle, 63, of Liverpool, died Monday at home of an apparent heart attack.  He was a retired employee of Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Company and a member of Reedy United Methodist Church.  He was a veteran of World War II and a farmer.  Surviving:  wife, Annabelle; daughter, Miss Deanna Cottle of Liverpool; sisters, Mrs. Virginia Everson of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Evelyn Brannon of Charleston; brothers, Clarence ""Junior"" of Spencer, James of Liverpool, Charles of San Diego, Calif., Kermit and Bill, both of Reedy.  Service was held Wednesday in Reedy United Methodist Church with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial was in the Board Cemetery at Reedy.  Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
