  <p>Information: Mabel Virginia Cossin, 95, of Cottageville, died May 31, 1988, at her home following a short illness.  She was born in Cottageville, a daughter of the late John O. and Flora Dunlap Shinn.  She attended Millsite Baptist Church, Cottageville, and was a homemaker.  She is survived by two sons, Golden Cossin of Point Pleasant and William Cossin of Columbus, Ohio; five daughters, Carol Sayre of Cottageville, Dica O&#39;Dea of West Jefferson, Ohio, Dixie Mignone of Hilliard, Ohio, Leatrice Mason and Betty Henry, both of Columbus; one sister, Dolly Stover of Columbus; one brother, Oliver Shinn of Birmingham, Ala.; 31 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.  Services were at the Creston United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in Creston Cemetery.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
