  <p>Information: Ersel Otho Cossin, 74, of Ripley, died Monday, Feb. 28, 1994, at Jackson General Hospital, following a brief illness.  The son of the late Otho and Lillie Belle King Cossin, he wasborn Feb. 22, 1920.  He was a former security guard for the coal mining industry.  He attended the Open Bible Church, Ripley.  Surviving:  daughter, Juanita Persing of Pacifica CA; sister, Juanita Morrison of Evans. He was preceded in death by a brother, Golden.  Graveside funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at Creston Cemetery, Leon, with Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, is in charge of arrangements.  There will be no visitation.</p>
