Information: Brenda Louise Corbin, 70, of Kenna, WV, passed away, October 26, 2012, at her home following an extended illness. She was born September 12, 1942, in Kenna, WV, a daughter of the late Denzle Franklin and Vada Desta (Johnson) Fisher. She was a homemaker and enjoyed collecting cookbooks, cooking, quilting, flower gardening and canning. She was a member of the Jackson County Beekeepers Association. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, James D. Corbin; daughter and her husband, Tia Dawn and Kenneth Sharp, of Kenna; brothers, Jackie (Zella) Fisher of Ripley, and Dickie (Dona) Fisher of Kenna; sisters, Sue (Bob) Garnes of Ripley, Drema (Jim) Brannon, Kathy (Ricky) Howerton, all of Kenna, and Daraunta Fisher of Dunbar; very special great nieces and nephew, who called her ""Nana"", Lexi, Mia, and Levi, and several other nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, October 29, 2012, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, WV, with Pastor Franklin Howerton officiating. Burial will follow in Grass Lick Baptist Cemetery, Kenna.
