Information: Harry E. Cooke, 70, 909 Remine Ave., Greeneville, Tenn., died early Tuesday morning at Laghlin Memorial Hospital, Greeneville, Tenn.  Formerly of Ripley, he and his wife, Vee, resided on Williams Ave.  Mr. Cooke was an insurance businessman.  Survivors in addition to his wife are:  sisters, Aileen Ramsey, Greeneville, Tenn., Mrs. Ova C. DuLowe, Mountain Home, N. C., Frances Martin, St. Albans.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m. at Jeffers Funeral Home in Greeneville with burial in Greene Lawn Cemetery.  Visitation at the funeral home will be between 7 and 9 p.m. Wednesday.
