  <p>Information: Mary Velma Cook, 104, of Newark OH, formerly of Ravenswood WV, died Sunday, November 24, 2002, at LPN Nursing Home, Newark OH.  She was born December 25, 1897, in Sandyville WV, a daughter of the late Albert Murray and Elizabeth Amanda Burch.  She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Fredericktown OH.  She is survived by one brother, Robert Murrsy of Belpre OH; two stepsons, Roy B. Cook of Newark and Ralph M. Cook of St. Albans WV; nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Burhl Brown in 1957, and her second husband, W. L. Cook in 1974; two sisters; five brothers; one stepson and one grandchild.  Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday, November 27) at 2 p.m. at Roush Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mary Miller officiating.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Fredericktown.</p>
