  <p>Information: Conner, James Franklin                    The body of James Franklin Conner, a graduate of Ravenswood High School who was killed in the Battle of the Bulge on October 24, 1944, arrived here Wednesday and funeral services were held at the Chambers Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday.  Military rites were conducted by veterans and burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  The son of the late Patrick and Ellen Bunner Conner, the deceased had resided at the home of Mr. Cline of Newark, Ohio.  He was graduated from Ravenswood High School in May, 1943 and went into the Army in early 1944.  He was born January 5, 1924.  Surviving are two brothers, Marshall and John Conner of Sherman; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Bunner and Mrs. Daniel Bunner of Sherman, and two half-sisters, Mrs. Eugene Matheny of Kentucky and Mrs. John Gorrell of Parkersburg.  (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)     </p>
